Tumbling Classes

Anyone can register for a tumbling class! You do not need to be in the competitive stream of our programming to participate. Tumbling is fun and beneficial for all levels and ages 3 and older! Contact us to schedule your Free Trial class. If your athlete is committed to advancing in cheer, you should consider also taking tumbling classes in conjunction with their team practices. Tumbling is the part of cheer that takes the most concentrated time and effort to learn, and is one of the major deciding factors in team placements in the younger age levels. There is a tumble component to our team practices but during the competitive season it is based on what the athlete can already do and developing endurance and strength to be safe during the routine.

Allstar

All-Star teams are typically comprised of 11-22 athletes with a variety of skills and abilities. There can be solid, well-rounded athletes and those who have particularly strong abilities in certain areas. The coaches create a competition routine performed by the group that has elements of tumbling, stunting, jumping, dance, and other skills set to music. The routines are typically 2 1/2 minutes in length. At competitions, the teams are divided by age and ability level. The routines are judged by their level of difﬁculty, precision, creativity, and entertainment value.

Open Gym

All athletes are invited to make full use of Pride Cheerleading's spring competition floor to work on their tumbling, stunting, cheer or dance skills. Coaches are present to help ensure athlete safety (Pride Cheerleading's NUMBER ONE priority) and, therefore, are not able to provide individual athlete instruction during Open Gym. Pay as you attend.

Private Lessons

Pride Cheerleading offers Individual & Semi-Private Lessons for students wishing to have private instruction in Tumbling. Private lessons are an hour in length and can be formatted to focus on specific skills that each athlete is wishing to perfect or master. Private lessons begin at $25 an hour.

Choreography

Pride Cheerleading uses top notch choreographers that are ready to teach your cheerleaders and dancers the most up to date and innovative material in the industry. Our Staff are experts in the Allstar, School and Rec industry and will strive to give your teams an experience of a life time.
